About Miranda Will
Miranda Will joined the Koret Shelter Medicine Program as a Learning Coordinator in February 2022. With a strong background in education, she brought valuable experience from her seven years teaching agriculture and science at the high school level. Her teaching areas included Animal Science, Animal Anatomy, and Veterinary Science.
Education & Experience
Miranda holds a BS in Agricultural and Environmental Education with an emphasis in Animal Science, an MA in Education, and a Single Subject Teaching Credential, all from UC Davis. Her passion for animal welfare extends beyond the classroom; she has partnered with local shelters and rescues as a foster caregiver and volunteer. Additionally, she has extensive experience working with horses, livestock, and small animals.
At KSMP, Miranda plays a vital role in planning and coordinating all aspects of online learning. She is instrumental in creating and building online learning content and serves as the primary contact for learners in the Learniverse. Outside of work, Miranda enjoys spending time outdoors, tackling DIY projects around her house, and relaxing with her husband, their dog Oliver, and two cats, Zia and Lyra.
