Led by experienced shelter veterinarian and operations expert, Online Learning Director, Dr. Cindi Delany, DVM, KPA-CTP, FFCP and backed by two highly-skilled learning experts, Miranda Will and Sarah Reiwitch. This dynamic trio is passionate about animals and supporting shelter staff. Together, they create engaging, personalized and shelter-informed learning experiences to help improve the lives of pets and the people who care for them in the animal sheltering field.

Dr. Cindi Delany DVM
Director of Online Learning
As the Director of Online Learning, Dr. Delany leverages her passion for education and technology to create and deliver impactful online learning experiences. She is deeply committed to coaching and supporting learners, helping them achieve success in the field of animal sheltering.
Sarah Reiwitch B.S.
Instructional Designer
Sarah joined the Koret Shelter Medicine Program as an instructional designer to combine her expertise in online learning with her commitment to animal welfare. She loves being able to deepen her knowledge of animal sheltering while helping promote humane and community-centered approaches to animal care in shelters.
Miranda Will B.S., M.A.
Learning Coordinator
Miranda plays a vital role in planning and coordinating online learning, creating content, and supporting learners in the Learniverse. She has a strong background teaching Animal Science and considerable experience as a foster caregiver and volunteer at shelters. Additionally, she has worked extensively with horses, livestock, and small animals.
